Aaron Industry Upgrades Domestic Production Lines and Launches Tire Series for Electric Commercial Vehicles

Recently, Qingdao Aaron Industry Co., Ltd. announced two major business updates: the company has completed the upgrade and renovation of production lines at its domestic tire manufacturing base, and simultaneously launched a dedicated tire series for electric commercial vehicles, consolidating its domestic production foundation through technological transformation and product innovation to meet the demands of the new energy commercial vehicle market.

This round of domestic production line upgrades focused on the renewal of intelligent equipment and the optimization of green production processes. The company introduced new equipment such as automated vulcanizing machines and intelligent quality inspection devices in existing workshops, replacing some outdated production facilities. Meanwhile, it upgraded the waste gas treatment system for the rubber mixing process, further reducing production energy consumption and pollutant emissions. After the upgrade, the comprehensive production capacity of passenger car tires and commercial vehicle tires of the production line has increased by approximately 15%, and the precision of product quality control has also been improved, enabling the factory to better meet the mass production needs of tires of various specifications.

The newly launched tire series for electric commercial vehicles is a product developed by the company to address the specific operational characteristics of new energy commercial vehicles, such as high torque and heavy load. The R&D team adjusted the proportion of the tire rubber formula and optimized the arrangement structure of the tire carcass framework materials, enhancing the wear resistance and load-bearing stability of the tires. Additionally, the tread pattern and rubber formula were redesigned to reduce rolling resistance while ensuring grip, aligning with the energy-saving requirements of electric commercial vehicles. At present, this product series has completed bench tests and real-vehicle road tests, covering mainstream vehicle types such as electric light trucks, medium trucks and buses, and has started accepting small-batch orders from domestic and overseas customers.

A production director of Aaron Industry stated that the upgrade of domestic production lines and the launch of new products are routine operational measures for the company to base itself on domestic production and respond to market changes. Going forward, the company will continue to iterate its product portfolio according to market demand, while gradually advancing the intelligent and green transformation of the production side, serving the tire procurement needs of various customers with stable product supply and market-oriented R&D direction.
