In terms of research and development, considering the frequent steep climbs, bumpy gravel roads, and high-speed cornering characteristic of mountain off-road racing, we selected a high-strength butyl rubber and aramid fiber composite material to thicken and reinforce the inner tube sidewall. The sidewall thickness is 40% greater than conventional inner tubes, significantly enhancing puncture and burst resistance, effectively protecting against damage from sharp rocks, thorns, and other foreign objects in mountainous terrain. Simultaneously, we optimized the valve stem's reinforcement structure, using a metal explosion-proof valve stem base to prevent valve stem detachment or leakage due to severe vibrations during racing.


In terms of performance, the inner tube's airtightness and pressure retention have been professionally tested in races. During two hours of continuous high-intensity off-road driving, the tire pressure decay rate is less than 3%, far superior to conventional inner tubes. Its elastic recovery rate reaches over 85%, adapting to the severe deformation of mountainous terrain and providing continuous and stable support for the tire. In addition, the inner tube is designed with lightweight technology to control the overall weight while ensuring strength, reducing the load burden during off-road riding and adapting to the modification needs of professional mountain bikes, off-road motorcycles and other racing vehicles.
